Welcome to my Website!  There are a million websites out there for Realtors and I decided I wanted to do something different then the rest, so I created my own.  I still own one of those stock Real Estate Sites that the rest of my colleagues own at JohnRyanHomes.com but am tired of the “vanilla” feel of these stock websites.  When my renewal for that site comes up  I will be canceling and switching entirely to this one.

You’ll notice throughout this site a more personal feel.  When you choose a Realtor you want to feel comfortable with the knowledge and experience that an agent brings to the table.  I pride myself on “knowing” real estate in Havertown and knowing why people love to live here.

As for Homes, I know them inside and out.  You see, I used to build them for a living.   I am a master carpenter and was previously a construction superintendent.  There is rarely details seen or unseen that escape my careful observation.
